Hail Storm

We had a hail storm... I collected some samples and kept them in the freezer because I'd never seen anything like it. Everyone made fun of me, but they were impressed. The coin pictured above is a half dollar.

Papa and Nanie's Pool

The boys jumped in the pool today for the first time this year. The weather has been awesome.

Reiley loved it. He jumps in with no regrets...

Luke, on the other hand, needs a couple more opportunities to show us he's ready.

Painting a bird house.

Nanie came over this morning and helped Reiley paint this bird house. Reiley must stick out his tongue in order to concentrate. He gets that from his daddy. What a nice job, Reiley!

Happy Mother's Day!!

What a day! The boys took me out to breakfast, then church, followed by naps and some house cleaning... In the afternoon, we went to the Austin's for an early dinner. Then, I went to play soccer with some friends. I realized after putting Luke to bed that we hadn't taken a picture for mother's day. So, I pulled him out of bed (he didn't mind) and took several picutes and put him back.

Surprise!!!

We made a surprise visit to Papi and Vovo's house and Uncle Daniel and Josiah were there. Jason had a golf outing with some friends near Chicago, so the entire family decided (very last minute) to drive in with him and surprise Papi and Vovo. We had a great time which included going to Papi's office, the park, Osco, ice cream, pizza, gold fish, mowing the lawn and much much more. It was a jam packed couple of hours.
